18 Jan 2017 Dear Anonymous, Anything in extreme is not good for health. Ajwain is meant for consumption during indigestion that too in small quantities (2-4 grams) depending upon food you consumed and pain you are facing. It is usually added as an ingredient in food items prepared from besan powder.
