13 Jul 2011 I was happy with boniva, because I had a severe pain in my hip, and the first month I stared boniva the pain went.

08 Aug 2010 I was taking boniva for almost 1 year, and really never wanted to be taking it at all. I looked for other ways to help regain any bone loss, the one thing I always did was lift weights and the other thing that I added and is working is yoga and bikram yoga without using the boniva I have gained bone density according to the test's taken. My goal in life is to never be on any medication ever....
