10 Jan 2012 Candex has affected me and my husband in a positive way. My husband has suffered with candida, gerds disease, asthma, and athlete foot for over 25yrs. He has actually been passing candida to me sexually and what made matters worst I was hospitalized for three days in June 2011. I had IV of antibiotics and potassium during that time and was prescribed with two weeks of antibiotics and Flagel. I felt worst off after my hospital stay. I did whatever I had to do to get better I went on a no sugar, bread, and alcohol diet for 5months and forced my husband whom liked to indulge to do the same. He did the best that he could but his love for food and fine wine overruled me and the diet. When we came across Candex and the best probiotics we couldn't believe life could be so good. Which I am so surprised to read that so many people have had such bad results. My husbands GERDS disease is under control! We are shocked! He's taken Nexium, Previcid and every antacid known to man for decades. No asthma! I mean it. The icing on the cake is that i haven't suffered with yeast or urinary tract infection since we both started. I can go on and on. One thing we both noticed is that you have to drink a lot of water, diluted pineapple juice or lemonade sweetened with raw honey or xilitol sugar on an empty stomach wait at least an half hour to eat. Also, i've noticed better results when I add a teaspoon of raw coconut oil in the morning with candex and the best live probiotics you can get your hands on very soothing. Everyone is different and you gotta listen to your body, if you are having adverse affects then you should find other ways to cleanse yourself from candida as for me and my husband its been great.

11 Oct 2011 I have SEVERE side effects from Candida. They are: Foul smelling urine Burning urination Bloating Gas Abdominal Pain Nausea (Constantly) Went to the ER because I don't have insurance, and they couldn't do much - because their minimal testing really doesn't cover what the damage could be. I would appreciate some guidance from anyone who can help. Im terrified.

07 Oct 2011 I am a naturopath and I have had a very, very clean diet for several years. I recently had surgery and was administered antibitocs, and this set off a urinary tract infection and a subsequent yeast infection. I then went through 15 days on Fungal Defense (Garden of Life product) but realized I was just keeping the yeast at bay and would have to have another plan for when that treatment stopped. I had a friend recommend Candex to me, so I began taking it 4 days ago. I took Candex for 2 days at full strength per the instructions on the bottle (2 in the morning, 2 at night). By day 2, I had a horrendous headache, so I only took one the next day, but could not shake the headache. After another day or so, the nausea set in and I've been dealing with that for a couple of days, along with the headache. Feeling as badly as I did caused me to get on the internet, which is when I found out that the recommendation is to take a reduced dosage when just getting started. The label really does need to say that. I have abandoned the use of Candex, but the vaginal and rectal itching has not yet returned, so I am thinking that the Candex hasn't completely made it's way out of my body. I am dreading its return, but I dare not try Candex again. I have apparently overburdened my body with die off, so I am just drinking lots of vegetable broth and eating cooked veggies to try and get back to a place where I feel human. I am glad this product works for so many people, but I truly feel that Candex is acting irresponsibly by not indicating on its label that a lighter dose may be needed to start with.. As I read the feedback of others who have suffered as I have, and far worse, it just didn't need to be this hard. I have an unbelievably clean diet, consisting mostly of raw and cooked veggies with a bit of protein added (eggs in the morning and fish for dinner). Perhaps I will be more positive once I feel better and I have shaken this persistant headache. I noticed mild relief after each bowel movement, once more of the toxins are expelled. So sorry to others who are suffering so much worse than I am.
