Citalopram Hydrobromide Comments

Since iv been taking citalopram I have been constantly tired and don't have energy to do anything, I find it hard to hold a job down as I get to anxious and I feel so depressed I can't even get oiut of bed ! I don't find it has helped that much, I feel a little less anxious than I used to but that's it, I still get thoughts about harming myself and recently have felt quiwithdrawn and I don't feel like being so I have always been a social person with many friends.

I have felt good on 10 mg per day for 7 days. I tried to go on 20 mg yesterday as my doctor said I should after 7 days but felt like a zombie, so am back on 10 mg today. I feel good on this dose.

Have only been taking CH for a week or so and I am taking it with a sleeping pill (temazepam). Not sure which is the culprit but I have lost all energy and feel hung over in the AM. Last night I didn't take either and I had my normal insomnia systems. Tonight I am going to just take the temazepram and not the CH and see what happens.

I'm less anxious, worried about everything but my lack of motivation has not improved. I still find it hard to get up in the morning and take long naps during the day. My memory has also been affected which my doctor doesn't seem to believe. I'd like her to try it out! I sometimes feel like I'm in a dream and my mind is very fuzzy but it doesn't last too long. I think I'll start going to psychotherapy soon to see if that helps.

Very Happy with this! I take 20mg for Anxiety, PND & OCD. Its very calming, my moods are very levelled and I am much more balanced! Way better than Prestiq!!!!!

I' m also please with my results, I've been on this dose for about 4 weeks and I wish I'd started sooner, I had been thining about talking to the doctor about my moods etc but was too scared to take medication. The first week was VERY strange but now much better. Not sure if its just coincidence but I don't crave the rubbish food (cakes etc), like I used to.
