06 Sep 2011	After being diagnosed with Adult ADHD, I was more aware of the symptoms of it and that I had it. I had never considered it a problem at work, but after starting Concerta, I had a new-found concentration ability. I was less distractible. 30 Jun 2011	Concerta's great for people with ADHD, but I wouldn't recommend taking a daily dosage. Discover strategies that help you overcome your disorder the natural way...without pills. Try meditating to clear your head, for example.
