21 Jun 2011	I felt Creatine was very good for muscle building, the use of it at nights with peanut butter allowed the slow absorption of my carbs and my protiens as i was in a catabolic state. Creatine really helped me in the gym too, and i felt it was natural as I am aware its made in our bodies as well.
