09 May 2013 Cymbalta is a wonder drug! I wish I could shake the hand of the guy who created it! it has chanded my life and probley saved it! I was a major alcoholic for years , I treated my anziety disorder with alcohol which was killing me, once I went to my Doctor because I was feeling very sick with nausea turned out some of my liver functions were no longer wanting to do their job, on another ocassion I was hospilized because I was drunk for 2 weeks and when I was coming down I was shaking like a Turkey the day before Thanks Giving. If you are a person who has an anziety disorder or has panic attacks I highly recommend Cimbalta it has given me my life back !! I take 60 mils once a day only side effects I get #1 I sweat more then I use to # 2 I usually get severe nausea for about 2-3 mins a day then it goes away # 3 I last longer in the sack before having an orgasm now "no complains from me or my girlfriend"! sex has improved! Thank you Cimbalta!!

20 Apr 2013 This drug is very dangerous my doctor switched me from pristiq , after a month I lost control of my life, resulting in me having an affair and loosing my job of 15 years. I began having chronic diarreaha that went undiagnosed for eight weeks at a loss I was changed back to pristiq and the condition disappeared, along with my erratic behavior, unfortunately it was too late, to correct all the damage done to my marriage and career. I am just now after three months starting to feel better. Please be careful if you are given this drug, my doctor did not even recognize the side effects.

28 Mar 2013 I have tried several times to get off this medication. It is next to impossible to do. I finally weaned myself off after several months of reducing the dosage. I cried every day for no reason and had so much anxiety that I gave in after talking to my Dr. I started it again. It gave me severe muscle tightness in my neck that I was going to physical therapy for - until I saw a commercial on tv that said this was a side effect. I now just lower the dosage enough to get the muscle stiffness to stop. This stuff is brutal!

24 Jan 2013 My doctor started me on Cymbalta this past summer for fibermyalgia. I came down with a severe sinus infection after taking it for a few months. I took a seven day course of antibiotics. Within a few days of completing the course of antibiotics, the sinus infection came back worse than before. I took a second around of antibiotics and the same thing happened after the full course of meds had been completed. Next was a ten day course of an antibiotic that you put in your nose. It cleared up the infection but it was back within a week. Next was a visit to the ER because I felt like I was dying. Sinus infection was back with a vengance with the addition of bronchitus. I was given a seven day course of antibiotics that was a stronger daily dosage than previously prescribed. I stopped taking Cymbalta at this point because this was the only new thing. Two days after finishing the 2000 mg of Keflex for seven days, I was sicker than before. I had to go back to the ER and have been put on an even stronger antibiotic. My white blood cell count was triple what it should have been with a fever of 103. This was just two days after taking the last dose of 2000 mg of Keflex. I have not had a sinus infection in over eight years since I became unable to work. The fumes from the dyes in carpet samples and furniture fabrics was more irritating to my sinuses than I had realized. Frankly I am too sick with the sinus infection and bronchitus to tell if I am having withdrawal symptoms from stopping Cymbalta. How long is it going to take for this drug to get completely out of my system? I am so tired of being sick with the infections. Don't bother telling me about using a neti pot or NeilMed because I have used them and it still has not helped.
