16 Dec 2012 Dexamethasone is NOT good. It decreases your body's ability to fight infections. As a result you will develope infections like herpes etc. A Cuban doctor gave me dexamethasone injection without letting me know that it will decrease my immune anti-disease fighting ability. Because of this I developed infections I would not have otherwise gotten. I had visited their practice (office) to complain of possibly STIs exposure. Instead of treating STIs to prevent or cure He went ahead to give me dexamethasone injection telling me that it will stop any infection that it's prophylactic. I would have refused had he told me it would alter my immune system. I was unlucky to have met this Cuban doctor. The practice had a better and different Cuban doctor.

19 Jul 2012 I need my left knee replaced ASAP but due to the family being busy I have no one to help me after the surgery. I hope to go to a Rehab facility for 3 weeks to help that but I have 2 bathrooms up stairs and one in my bedroom downstairs as my rooms on the lowest level. My house is a tri-level. Hoping my BF can come visit me after surgery from UK and take care of me. Plus its so HOT and I have no Air conditioning in my bedroom...I had this painful swelling on the left side of my left knee I thought it was a blood clot as my knee and leg swelled up to my ankles. But was told it was a effusion. So that's why I'm on this Dexamethasone I don't like this bloating and swelling feeling its awful!! I feel its helping me some but I won't know until I'm off this stuff. I've taken something like this when I was injured by a horse like 20 + years ago...

04 Jun 2011 This is my first time taking it and only for three days. Made me feel better generally, lungs, eyes, bladder, but made my insomnia problem much worse. Now that I've been off the drug for two days, still feel better but cannot get out of bed, extremely lethargic and heavy headed. Hope this soon passses, so I can function.
