Eperisone has worked great for me for an intractably painful, constant muscle spasm in my face. Many of the changes in my health and condition may not be due to Eperisone but for the general depression that accompanies chronic pain, the weakness that follows prolonged stay in bed. I am also taking other medicines (clonazepam, NSAIDs), so it is not always clear which medicine is causing what. Most side effects that I could directly relate to Eperisone (terrible anorexia (inability to eat), extreme weakness) decreased after the first weak of treatment and then completely went away even though I continued treatment at the same dose.
