User Comments about Etizolam
11 May 2016 Great drug for general anxiety and panic attacks. I started using etizolam in December 2015 and have not had a single panic attack since. The only downside is that the medication is very addictive and I currently take 8-10mg per day. I believe that etizolam is meant to be used short term because tolerance and addiction come very quickly with etizolam. At one point I was taking 20ng daily and tapered myself down. I want to get to a point where I'm only taking 4-5mg daily. I won't ever stop using etizolam though because I have never found any other drug that helps anxiety so well. I have used klonopin and ativan and xanax in the past and etizolam is the best.

14 Nov 2015 First, a warning I feel is important: When I first started taking it, I found that because of the memory loss that it causes, I have re-dosed and not remembered and it has caused me to do some very dangerous things (to myself, never to anyone else). I have learned to be very, very careful and take the smallest dosage possible, even for bed time. So, as a caution to anyone else who may have this problem - be especially careful, or have someone you trust hold the rest of it for you. However, as someone who has suffered with panic attacks, Agoraphobia, and insomnia for more than half of my life, it is greatly helpful. I find it a lot less addictive than the likes of Xanax and Valium. It's been wonderful. The only real side effects, aside from the memory loss, is the incredible dry mouth and I do get a lot of stomach issues from it. It's a small price to pay.

25 Mar 2015 I was prescribed Etizolam ,5 mg for my CBT sessions of Agoraphobia. As of now, the therapist and I are only working on the lower range of anxiety inducing situations (I was asked to rate anxiety situations). The medicine has helped in the sense I am able to face these situations and some of the physical symptoms (legs shaking etc) have disappeared. However for the higher range anxiety situations, it has not been very effective. My biggest problem with Etizolam is that it is causing me drowsiness in office. My doctor had assured that this wont happen but I feel sleepy in office almost everyday.

03 Dec 2014 Excellent for panic attacks/persistent crying because of irrational thoughts/insomnia/anxiety/low mood. Also great for PMDD/severe emotional symptoms of PMT. Really calms the mind and allows you to slow down and take a step back and feel able to cope with your thoughts.
