22 Mar 2012 Folic Acid is essential to my diet because my body needs it and it helps give me energy.

14 Sep 2011 I started taking folic acid as soon as I knew that I wanted to get pregnant to help ensure healthier pregnancies. Now, I just take a prenatal vitamin that includes folic acid.

22 Oct 2010 I have been taking this treatment for a very long time and nothing seems to be working aswell as they used to, gives some relief so I can't do without it but wish it were more effective for me.

04 Aug 2010 My grandma recommended folic acid for depression. I have dysthymia, and am taking celexa and fish oil to help with this issue as well. The addition of folic acid seems to have helped a bit.
