29 Jul 2010 My experience using gaminal have been up and down, they worked great for my depression i never felt as good. The side effects of these tablets have been for me, extreme anxiety thinking to much not been able to relax or calm down. the benifits for my depression have been great. Before i started on these tablets i was really depressed staying in bed all day not going out or talking to friends, within two weeks of starting on these tablets all the things i wanted to do before and couldnt i was able to do i met up with an old friend i didnt see in over a year and joined gym going out doing all those things i never done before. They gave me total relief from all the pain of this depression, but the tablets were leaving me thinking to much to the point were i was talking out loud to myself for many hours on end. So the doctor gave me zanix to help they did not work they left me depresed so stoped them and went to doctor and got referred to a hospital were doctor ask me questions and said he didnt want to give me anything in case it would interfere with the gamanil. From then on I went to see my own doctor he was off, seen my GP doctor i could not sleep he gave me sleeping tablets which interfered with the gamanil which left me severly depresed, then back to GP doctor in which he changed my tablets to Amytriptaline [not sure if spelt right] which i started talking them, then to my doctor who i see every few weeks he took me off those and said dont take any tablets for two week then see him then decide what to do, because he said i have low tolerences to tablets. Lexapro gave me headaches then it was Zispin which knocked me out now gamanil which caused anxiety and the Amytriptaline which he put me off and which were leaving me dopey and really nervous i wasnt on them long enough to see if they worked for depression.
