20 Apr 2011 Kalmegh is very good to my patients. whether on diabetes, highblood, etc. But when I take this my BP goes down and experience cold hands and feet, dizzy, wants to sleep, and cold sweat and if extremely crave for food. I feel like hypoglycemia.
