I have been on this medication over a month and feel depressed, sad and anxious

I have been on and off of Luvox for approximately five years. I recently discussed my current medication regimen and I have decided to stay on Luvox. For me, Luvox has affectively controlled my panic disorder. Occasionally I have a minor panic attack, but even so, it is bearable and it usually passes quickly without that jump out of my skin feeling. In addition, Luvox has done wonders for my irritable bowel. It seems to keep it under control. Regrettably, side effects that have affected me include fatigue and some sexual dysfunction. I am not thrilled about those side effects, but I would take them over a severe panic attack.
