I have had improved results with 20 mg tablets 3xday. Can focus on something I like to do much better. Calmer. Reduced obsessive thinking. Improved mood The tablet lasts three hrs. by time for next dose might be felling depressed and anxious. Having trouble reading on computer fast movement makes me dizzy and sick to my stomach.Don't know if this is the methylin. Started 3 days ago and I've been on it 2 months.
