Causing weight gain.

I was taking the Sandoz generic brand of metoprolol tartrate they stop making it and I don't know which brand to take now. I am very allergic and I just today took one tablet of the caraco generic brand and it doesn't seem to be agreeing with me or helping my symptoms as much as Sandoz did and I have a slight headache.
