28 Jan 2012 I m having hypertension since 2007 and recently diagnosed with Miniers disease leading to vertigo and tinnitus . I was put on MInipress XL and Vertin 16 MG TDS along with earlier medication consisting Natrilix SR, ENvas 10 BD, Atorvas 20 and Metaprolol 50 BD. Minipress XL has helped me in controlling the blood pressure but i m not sure whether it is the reason for weight gain or not .
