19 May 2012 I used Zija Moringa Mix as directed on 2 separate occasions and both days I had severe (to put it mildly) vomiting and diaharrea within 2 hours of drinking it. Lasted for about 1-2 hours, then I was ok for the most part. I took the Zija mix last year prior to the redesign on the packaging, etc. and had no issues. After spending hours online trying to figure out if anyone else had this reaction, this is the first site I've found that even acknowledges that there are potential side effects with Moringa. At least a little relieved to know I'm not the only one...

05 May 2012 After taking Moringa in pill form after about 2 weeks I started to have excruciating pain in my lower back and sides of my back and could hardly get out of bed. The worst pain I have ever had..I am wondering if this is a detox reaction. I stopped the moringa for a while and the pain went away and when I started it again I experienced the pain all over again and am wondering what it is..

05 May 2012 thats what you called a healing crisis, the pain reacted because they were disturbed by the nutrients and other minerals that can cause them to cease in your body... you should never stopped using it because by doing so you only make the pain to become immune..

03 May 2012 This is the most Awesome Supplement that I have ever used!! I have been in Natural Health for over 15 years and I've used many different supplements but none quite as nutritious, more satisfying and that works as well as the "Most Nutrient Rich Plant" in the World!!!! I have regained my Health back!

05 Mar 2012 When i heard about the product i tried it and took less of the recommended dosage because of other pills i am taking.I would have liked to continue with it but after my first day on it,i had to stop.Hopefully they can make something that doesn't effect seizures or bring them on stronger.

28 Feb 2012 I have nothing but good things to say about Moringa Oleifera. My energy level has gone up with a nice sustained long lasting energy. I like taking it 30 minutes before a workout. My recovery after a workout is incredible. So not only can I push myself harder, I recover much faster now. My appetite is under control, no more cravings. I don't catch colds like I used to, so my immune system is working better. My wife who is an asthmatic no longer needs her inhaler so she can workout to a higher level with me. I'm a personal trainer and the results I get with my clients weight loss is incredible.
