I've been taking Nora B for about 2 and a half months . I still get a period every month that last about 3 to five days (but thats how my period was my whole life). I have noticed a severe sex drive decrease as well as Acne around my jaw and my biggest gripe I have gained weight all around my hips abs and thighs. I've been a consistant weight my whole life until now, if anything I needed to eat more to keep weight on now I just feel jiggly and now I cant pull my pants up past my thighs all of this in 2 and a half month. I'm getting off noraB

I cannot tolerate this pill one more day. I've been bleeding since the first day I started taking Nora-BE. My abdomen constantly feels like it's at that tender, achy stage of "Better watch out lady, your period is going to start!". When I say bleeding, I do not mean the "break-through" bleeding indicated in the side-effects warnings. I have a full-fledged cycle, inclusive of cramps, bloating, and the whole works. As soon as it tapers off, another one starts within 24 hours. Literally, I cannot go even 24 hours without contributing to O.B.'s consumer profit margin. While I have not experienced some of the other symptoms that have been reported (hair-loss, hair-growth, extreme depression), I do not appreciate this particular form of birth control. My body has no idea what it's doing, and the constant bleeding has me exhausted on a regular basis. Constant bleeding = abstinence! Since I've never had this experience with any other birth control pill, I'm curious as to what causes this result in some women, while others (and the side-effects papers) state that periods have/may stop entirely?

I started Nora-BE because I have always had bad cramping, and heavy cycles for at least 7-14 days. Since I have been on Nora be, I take the pill everyday at the same time, and in the two months I have been on it, I have a had a full blown cycle every other week. My cycle will still last on average 10 days, but the cramping is so much worse, and I usually never suffered from PMS, but now with every cycle my PMS is getting worse and worse and worse.
