03 Aug 2010 I began taking this when I found out that it can improve upon the effects of antidepressants. I had been taking an antidepressant for about a year, and about 3 months ago added omega 3. Since then, I have noticed that my energy levels are slightly higher, I've become more productive and motivated, and I feel slightly happier.

03 Aug 2010 I began using omega 3 fatty acids when I learned that it can help improve upon the effects of antidepressants. So far, the difference between just taking my antidepressant and taking both is slight but still noticeable: I have a bit more energy with omega 3 fatty acids as well and I seem to be more motivated and productive.
