21 Sep 2011 I have optical vasulitis, which masks as macular degeneration. The drops of Prednisolene make the vision in that eye brighter and clearer. It makes a dramatic impact on the vision in that eye.

21 Sep 2011 I do notice when I don't use the drops in my eye that my sight is impacted. However, if I use a drop a day, I have no problems and my sight improves. I use it in the am first thing, before I leave for work. Try that if it keeps you up.

27 Jul 2010 Prednisone makes me jittery, and gives me hot flashes intermittantly with chills. However, when weighing the benefits against the side effects, it is very much worth it.

08 Jul 2010 I've had eczema since I was in the third grade and I had a flare that no lotion or ointment worked on. I was prescribed Prednisolone to treat my eczema and as soon as the next day, my flare began to improve. The downside is you can only use this treatment for a few days but after the week or so that you're on it, lotion and ointments can be used for minor flares.
