13 Jul 2011 Began taking it as a Insomnia Cure (25mg) at night. But, had lucid dreams, and woke feeling Delirious and unrested. My memory was bad and my surroundings fealt unfamiliar to me even though I was in my own house.

02 May 2010 My allergies improved however the drug would make me drowsy sometimes mild sometimes strong. the drug also affected my sleep, i would have nightmares.difficulty sleeping i dont sleep that much anymore.i stopped it for a while but my lack of sleep continued, i'm not satisfied with the drug but it is the drug that helps. My recommended dosage it used to be 10mg now i take 25mg i think but im becoming resistant sometimes. but do not take it everyday only when my allergies are stressing me. been taking it for about 12 months i take VitC in winter because i have a weak immune system so doctor makes me take it to fight against the cold
