23 May 2011 My Dr prescribed this to me over a year ago, I refused to take this because it was an anti-depressant. After another premenstrual melt down, I told my husband I would try this. I was always so irritable, anxious, fatigued and unable to sleep during PMS, sue to feeling on constant edge. This has been such a blessing. I feel like myself. I wish I would have tried this sooner. This helps me sleep at night (I take before bed) and I sleep through the night. It has taken the edge off. I never thought I had PMDD as bad as I did, but after taking this, my PMDD is gone.
