24 Mar 2012 Just checking out the ingredients of Carditone and Convolvulus pluricaulis is one ingredient...100 mg due to periods of rapid heart beat, always being aware of heart beat because it feels as though it is beating so hard.

31 Aug 2011 It helps for concentration and stress...With Shankhapushpi I've experienced much more concentration than before and I can balance my stress levels.I will reccomend people using Shankhapushpi as it has helped me a lot to improve my concentration in studies.

24 Apr 2011 I had a terrible expirience with Shankpushpi. My younger sister who is 22 years old was recommended to have this in order to improve memory power as she is preparing for her entrance exams.She did not had any problem with memory but as suggested just to boost even more she followed the prescription. After 30 days we found serious issue in her behavior like hallucination,maniac behavior,mental anxiety,emotional imbalance.her concetration power has gone down to zero level,she is not able to study.Finally we took her to physician and currently she is on medication.I will never recommend any one for this.

13 Jan 2011 As its the only ayurvedic medicine which works as a brain tonic give it a try if you are doing studies on any subject but my own experience is minimal benefits

01 Jul 2011 Shankhapushpi is not the only herb in Ayurveda that works as a brain tonic. Ever heard of Gotu Kola? How about Bacopa Monniera?I could name others. Try having a little knowledge before posting.
