08 Feb 2012 has made urine flow better, although still have two or three trips to loo at night. Has improved a little of late. Dizziness is infrequent, and is only apparent when I straighten up quickly

12 Nov 2011 I started taking Tamsulosin and within 2 weeks it worked and i started experiencing retrograde ejaculation and mild nausea. After i stopped, both conditions returned to normal. But my BPH condition has worsened. My Urologist did warn me of these two side effects, but i am not sure continued long term will adversly effect the two side effects i have expereinced. Will the retrograde ejaculation condition restores after the BPH is cured with this drug. I am not sure and would like some feed back from other users.
