26 Aug 2011 I used Tolperisone as an alternative to Limptar in preventing leg muscle cramps. Tolperisone had the additional benefit of allowing me to do some creative re- search, realizing that both exercise and coffee would be necessary to keep my brain and body functioning for more than about 30 minutes. With those two stimulants I could work well for up to six hours. However, about 3 months ago I began experiencing extreme skin redness, itchiness and bumps over an increasing portion of my body. I stopped taking the Tolperisone, and two months later, ibuprofun, I await a clear im- provement, which I am not yet realizing.
