20 Jul 2014	I have not needed anything for pain beyond acetaminophen until I started having gall bladder attacks two months ago. One or two Tramacet 37.5 mg reduce the pain to a very tolerable level but I feel very dopey, yet so wide awake I can't stay asleep for more than about 10 minutes. 07 Aug 2011	It took quite a few months to get used to the medication. I really dislike the breakthru pain. and side effects from taking Paxil and Amitriptylene. I came down by 5mg every 2 weeks. I'm down to 5 mg of Paxil now, from 40 mg. 07 Feb 2011	It is helping me to work 4-6 hours a day. Waiting for my doctor to comment on the fast, pounding heart rate ... that is scary. It is a Morphine family drug and I am allergic to Morphine.
