10 Sep 2013 I unfortuntely had a very severe reaction within hours of taking Umcka. A rash that eventually covered my whole body and acute wheezing. Benadryl temporarily stopped the wheezing and seemed to calm the rash. The rash is severe; swelling, welts, extremely itchy. At the close of day 2, the wheezing is completely gone and I've switched to zyrtec instead of benadryl at my Dr's suggestion. The rash seems to get better then get worse again though. I had used the liquid in the past with no ill affects (and I think it was effective in preventing oncoming colds). I took the chewables this time. I won't use Umcka again because these reactions can be more severe the second time.

11 Nov 2012 Seemed to hold a chest cold at bay - symptoms were only mild in lieu of terrible. Was able to keep functioning. Got a yeast infection though which is something I never ever get. Umcka was the only thing I had changed so I think it was because of the Umcka.
