20 Mar 2012 I have been disabled by Chronic Fatigue Immune Defieciency Syndrome for over 8 years. In my answers regarding Umcka I did not indicate symptoms that I had and still have before trying Umcka. Since developing CFIDS I get side effects for many things, but I have never had the slightest side effect from Umcka. It is the only product that has helped me with the chronic congestion I've had since developing CFIDS, and I love it. Several of my friends have also used it and they all like it.

29 Feb 2012 Terrible diarrhea after taking this product. Took me a few days to realize it was the Umcka causing all the gastrointestinal upset. I can't take this.

11 Feb 2011 Umcka is available in many forms. I have found them equally useful and have had no side effects. My favorite is the hot drink powder because it's nice to have a hot drink when you're feeling sick.

12 Jan 2011 I was in the homeopathic section of the large grocery store when i remembered i needed some cold medicine for a cold i felt was coming on. I was skeptical but did not want to walk to the medicine isle to get the usual. I grabbed the Umcka Cold Care. I have been really pleased with the quickness that it relieves symptoms. I would buy again.
