26 Jan 2013 Same here. Really sick to my stomach and bad headache. Also experienced rapid heart rate. I'm assuming its an allergic reaction. Too bad cause I hear rally great things about it:( My only problem now is how long will I feel like crap?

11 Nov 2012 Seemed to hold a chest cold at bay - symptoms were only mild in lieu of terrible. Was able to keep functioning. Got a yeast infection though which is something I never ever get. Umcka was the only thing I had changed so I think it was because of the Umcka.

15 Oct 2012 Just began taking it because of cold and flu season is upon us (PRN). Experienced dizziness and rapid irregular heart beats. Didn't initially associate these symptoms w/ taking UMCKA but happened to talk to a friend who we had recommended it to and he had stopped using it because he became dizzy and nauseated after taking it. So perhaps there is some element in it that could have caused the dizziness nad rapid irregular heart beats. I will be monitoring this more closely when I take it next time.

20 Mar 2012 I have been disabled by Chronic Fatigue Immune Defieciency Syndrome for over 8 years. In my answers regarding Umcka I did not indicate symptoms that I had and still have before trying Umcka. Since developing CFIDS I get side effects for many things, but I have never had the slightest side effect from Umcka. It is the only product that has helped me with the chronic congestion I've had since developing CFIDS, and I love it. Several of my friends have also used it and they all like it.
