I am vegetarian so we lack in B12. It is really important for your health not to be deficient in terms of nutrients. I feel like B12, as well as a lot of supplements, help you a lot although the effects of it you only notice after some time. It is really good for your health, so I recommend it.

Seems to help in maintaining my weight and boosting metabolism, improves overall fitness goals. Sometimes need an antacid shortly after taking the tablet.

I have taken this medication on and off so i really dont know the effects of it yet, i will soon start to take this regularly and i will post up my results for those of you curious, but i do know from many of my friends that this medication is really good for stress and it has so many other benefits.
