03 Jul 2012 It's very important to keep up with your vitamins. They are good for your health. Vitamin C, like all the other supplements I take, really help me better my health and keep my healthy by preventing sicknesses as much as possible. It really helps me emotionally as well because I am more comfortable, healthy, and energized.
