13 Jan 2015 I'm having poor urinary flow and bladder discomfort if urine is concentrated, doctor said it might be bladder neck obstruction. The doctor prescribed Xatral and noted the significant improvement after the first dose with strong urine stream. I take one tablet every night after dinner and relaxes the groin area about an hour later. Been taking it for two months now and i must say it works pretty well. I'm now trying to work towards one tablet every 2 days if my condition improves.

30 Nov 2011 Xatral has worked well for improving my sleep quality by eliminating the night muscle spasms. But the gradual weight gain, loss of libido, irritable bowel syndrome symptoms and memory loss are disturbing. While the lethargy and muscle fatigue are counterproductive for getting the exercise I know I need. In summary I feel the product is making me feel prematurely old.

29 Nov 2011 I have only been using this for a short time. If the dizziness and confusion persist I will have to stop it and consider surgery for my condition.
