23 Apr 2018 Yerba Mate is part of my culture. I'm getting more concerned that I may be drinking Mate so I don't drink alcohol. But I notice anxiety later in the evening.

22 Feb 2012 Used this drink 35+yrs.I also use other herbs.Milk Thistle,Haridra,Saw Palmetto,sometimes Yohimbe,Iboga,I believe in herbal uses.Have used Cinchona(Quinine) for Malaria.I have been on this website before.

08 Jan 2012 I have been using Mate' for over 30 yrs.I prepare it loose leaf in a pot,Prior to the water coming to a boil I remove it and let it set,steeping,stirring it once or twice to suspend the crushed leaf in the water.I let it set till it is dark as coffee and all the matter has settled to the bottom.I pour it into a jug and keep it refridgerated.A jug lasts 2-3 days.this is concentrated.I don't use a bombilla in the states,use a large clay cup.Only use miel to sweeten with lemon.It lessens tne spells of Malaria when I have them.Also artritus.Have nothing but praise for Mate'Also use Milkthistle,which I take 4 caps,twice a day for my liverI have HepC also,no scarring,etc.I credit to milkthistle.Am preparing to take new treatment for this and am searching for info as to using Mate' with incivo,interferon,etc.Still looking...remember,with Mate' never let the water boil...Buen Dia y Obrigado...Bayez...

05 Aug 2011 I've drank Mate' for 35yrs.When I brew it,I brew it very dark,almost black.I am 57 yrs of age,caught Hep C in the tropics in the 70s.Liver shows no scarring.Also consume Milkthistle,at least 5 a day.As for me,I have a very high opinion of both ervas.
