01 Aug 2010 I was given the Z pack for an upper respiratory infection. I took two tablets the first day and immediately started feeling better. This is now my third day on the Z pack and I am back to my normal self. This is a great antibiotic.

28 Jun 2010 I got a bacterial infection during my finals week and had over a 103 degree fever and wasn't eating at all. After taking the first dose of the z-pak I felt 100 times better by the next evening and was eating again with no fever

18 Dec 2009 I was very unhappy with this antibiotic. The side effects I experienced were not worth recovering from the sinus infection any sooner. In the future, I will definitely ask for a 10 day antibiotic.
