Captopril lowers my blood pressure effectively with mild side effects. I would recommend any one with High blood pressure to take this drug as well as a diet change

loved it initially, but now i am not so sold, going hoarse, having yeast issues and am still having to use my rescue inhaler almost daily. so i am not certain what benefit i am getting. planning on going off it but not certain on an alternative, singulair didn't work.

My doctor recommended Lantus. It is more expensive and less effective than the NPH I was taking. I was on 2 injections per day before Lanus. Now I have to take short acting insulin before each mean and Lantus before bed. I feel like a pin cushion and my blood sugars are no better. Taking the extra insulin has caused weight gain. Tarka is a great drug but I don't recommend buying it. The drug companies are way too proud of it and increase the price to the point that it is not affordable. The greed is sickening. Instead of paying $160 a month just get your doctor to prescribe Trandolapril + Verapamil hydrochloride separately. Two pills but the total cost is around $17 a month. I think my pain is better when I take it. The easycaps are hard for me to swallow for some reason so I don't take it regularly. I really like that it is plant based with large enough amounts to actually do some good!
