Ive been on Lybrel for around 7 months and its been good. In the beginning I had no spotting but instead i had HUGE mood swings, I would get extremely mad about nothing. After a while the mood swings stopped and a few weeks later I started spotting which didn't stop for about 6-7 weeks. It was extremely light so it didn't really feel like i was spotting. I used Seasonale for about 3 years, switched to OrthoTriCycline for about 3 years, and then recently my doctor switched me to Seasonique since I did so well on the Seasonale before and it is a similar drug. I took the drug for 7 weeks until I had to stop. I bled constantly for the last 4 weeks. I gained 10 lbs. Listen to me if you don't listen to anyone else. DO NOT GET THE REST OF THE HPV VACCINES. THEY CAN HARM YOU OR KILL YOU! They can cause your immune system to over-react and attack your own body. Unfortunately, I know this from experience. The illness can be life-threatening. I am a registered nurse practicing for 30 years now-these vaccines are dangerous.

I've had insomnia on and off for most of my life, the worst was when I didn't sleep for three weeks (unbelievable, right?) This product worked really well for me for a couple weeks, but I get immune to things quickly (like melatonin, everything else). My insomnia is better overall (actually because I am no longer dehydrated - separate symptom), but whenever I am feeling anxious and worried about sleep for a night, I take one of these and can be pretty confident that it will help.
