i take it 2 twice in day one in the morning & 1 at evening. It is effective sometimes not all the time. It also removes my headache sometimes. Also use paracetemol aswell to help with the pain.

Tylenol is not the best for quick enough to relieve pain. it is however good in slowing down the pain. for example, it works well on relieving y headache, menstrual pain, and occasionally the cold. the cold doesn't stop but its not as severe. i don't necessarily depend on it, but once in a while it helps me get a little bit better than i was.

Weird episodes where I feel furious for no reason...just descends on me like a migraine. My fatigue is better, maybe? At first, Provigil made a big difference, quickly wore down, and the switch to Nuvigil gave me a bit more energy again. It is doing something stimulating, since I've got much more anxiety and those rage attacks, but I don't know if it's really improving my quality of life or ability to function. I think that my body is building a tolerance to it because it takes more pills to work. I like it because it puts me to sleep but the last time I had a headache I had to take 3 within 2 hours to get to sleep.

I am now trying this, have not taken the pills now for a couple of days, (because I love to sleep and it was keeping me up all day, and then I would go to bed around 10:30 p.m. ) so I am back to being cold. I even slept in the day for 3 blissful hours. Does anyone out there knows if this is a problem going on or off the meds like that? Let me know!
