Wow, Tom, I hope I am playing basketball at 75 too. I agree though, my Dad never took anything and he looks about 60 even through he is 78. I use a lot of indian herbs like amala, awhwagandha, and Gotu Kola which seems to keep me running, but my basket ball game aint what it used to be. Nice site here. Thanks

I like Ibuprofen because it's very gentle to my stomach, I don't have any side effects, I used to take tylenol or advil, and since I am very sensitive to medicine, I always got a urine infection after taking any of these two pain relieve medicines.

I have experienced the symptoms of Candida to the greatest degree. It made life very difficult to handle and was life threatening due to the deep depression and panic attacks. Hardcore withdrawl symptoms even if you just take your dose a couple of hours late. Missing an entire daily dose can cause extreme anger issues with suicidal thoughts and hallucinations, particularly in your peripheral vision.
