During the first week I took half a dose and experienced a pretty strong distaste to all foods. Even when I was hungry, the sight and smell of food made me feel sick. This went away during the second week. My only other side effect is that I don't sleep as much as I used to. Also, it tends to wear off suddenly between doses. I'm sure that has to do with my not finding the proper dosage for me (I've only been on it for about 4 weeks), but that is something to keep in mind when considering... View full comment

I was quite distressed that I had to come off Celebrex. I experienced an ulcer and upper GI bleeding. Previously, I was taking Tylenol and Ibuprofen for arthritis but the Ibuprofen was hideous and I also experienced an ulcer. Celebrex was the last NSAID in the arsenal for treatment of my arthritis. My knees and back are far worse and I have limited mobility and a higher level of pain now.

Took just one capsule because it was recommended as a natural way to reduce arterial inflammation and prevent heart disease for which I have genetic predisposition. Had heart palpitations/strong heartbeat from that dose 4 times. The effect was felt within and hour of taking Zyflamend. I am stopping taking it.

Fluoxetine changed my personality dramatically. From being an overworriying, fearful, shy, caring guy to a agressive, irritable, not-caring one. I hate it soooo much this new person that fluoxetine has induced on me. Highly prrefer my anxiety than this. Also emotional flatness and loss of libido were severe. DON'T LET PEOPLE FOOL YOU, THIS DRUG IS POWERFUL AND CHANGE YOUR PERSONALITY.

after 3 A1c tests that were getting worse and taking more and more Lantus, I quit it totally because when I upped the dose my blood pressure went up as well. I had pain in both hands having gained 15 pounds as well. After one week of quitting, my weight went down 8 pounds and I no longer have pain in my hands. I will never take that stuff again. My sugars have been down significantly, staying between 90 and 100 in the mornings without it....
