I was nervous to get the Mirena because I typically do not do well with any dose of hormones. The only birth control method that has worked for me in the past is the Paragard but unfortunately after about 6 months, my body rejected it. I feel unbelievably horrible. I'm on day 9 and feel like I'm poisoning myself as well. Severe chills and anxiety. Achy lower back.

I have rosacea and had been taking oral antibiotic, minocin 50 mg 2-3X per week since 1998; I felt like I was developing a tolerance and might have to increase dosage; instead I went off the minocin, and when my face started to blossom, I took Zyflamend, one capsule per day with food and have been doing so for 3 weeks now. I have taken this med for nearly 2 years now. It made me a little emotional (ok, crazy) the first month, and gave me cramps at first but after the first pack it all went away. I do occasionally get yeast infections but a couple of days taking probiotics will cure that. I recomend the probiotic Acidophilus, you can get it anywhere and it works great on yeast infections. It is a little expensive but its worth it to me to not have a period every month.

As i mentioned previously the best thing about azithromycin is that i'm not allergic to it. In addition i did not have to take too much of the drug for too long to feel healthy once again.I only had to take 500mg once a day for 5 days.
