I began running the end of January 2010 and my knee pain became worse and I began to experience intermal swelling that was noticable on the outside. I checked in with my orthopedic doctor, accupuncturist, natural path, physical therapist and my neurosurgeon with no relief. I get allergies that make my nose stuffy and the flonase helps to rid the stuffiness. It makes my nose flow, sometimes more than I would like
