It took away one of the precious people in my entire life, My sons one and only sibling, My 2 year old niece was seperated forever from the one person she looked up to and loved so much. Her Grandparents are heartbroken and sick from depression and anxiety due to their 1st Grandchilds' death. Her Uncle and the rest of her great Aunts and Uncles and cousins miss her greatly.

I used Celexa for Anxiety. I think that it's use is indirectly used for anxiety and mostly directed to those with deep depression. I feel this is why i mainly felt tranquilized, tired nauseous, and my mind just felt cloudy. Used it for anxiety during school tests and it did not help, just lowered mental functionality and a felt very slow as to recall test material. I cut down to .25mg per 3x/day now. been a long ride. never take a benzo over a 10 day period. if your Dr says it is ok, fire him/her. it is not. only good in high doses long term for extreme disorders of siezures in the young. not for anxiety, sleep, etc. don't start it ever. there are some benzo's that are immpossible to get off of according to my neurologist. in a few short months i should be free and clear of this nasty drug. a very well known and respected Dr in this area presc... Metformin (daily) along with diet and daily exercise helped me lose ~50 pounds of weight and bring down my blood sugars to about 100 +/-20 points in about 3 years, Now, I am off metformin and any other medication for diabetes, and control my blood sugar ~100 only with healthy diet and daily exercise.
