When I was younger I was constantly sick. One time I had a cold for five months straight with a week or so in between that I wasn't feeling any cold symptoms. I pretty much took Azithromycin non stop when I was younger. Azithromycin worked very well for the first few times I took it, and it took my colds away. But, after time, I guess my body became immune to it and I could no longer take it.

One month after quitting smoking I suffered a fairly severe asthma attack and 3 episodes of migraine aura around 11 am daily (always had allergic rhinitis ,classic migraine which for the past 20 years or so no longer includes headache, just aura, and various food additive allergies), followed by a mild stroke causing temporary paresis of right leg from knee to foot. I took one Zylfamend PM (only half the recommended dosage). I felt better the next day in terms of noticeably less body aches and less fatigue. I knew beforehand that ginger and turmeric are very "heating" herbs and will throw my ying/yang off balance. As expected, I had dry mouth for two nights (need to keep waking up to drink water or suck a lozenge in my mouth all night), and pimples popped out.
