Debbie, no-one knows yet how long Gardasil will last or whether you'll need a booster shot. Because targeting only a few strains could also encourage a replacement disease, Merck might also need to re-formulate the shot periodically. The scary thing is that the first users won't know if and when they're vulnerable again, which makes me wonder what the point is. I agree with anonymous July 18 2009. no joy or happiness in life. I didn't feel anything in fact. my doctor reduced the dosage and now I feel fine. I have more energy and am more motivated.

Been on it 4 days. Black stools, severe heart palpitations and dizziness. Can't sleep. Have read up on side effects on internet. All of these are possible and then some. No muscle/tendon problems, though. Will contact physician on Monday to discontinue this med.

It's not until I complete this survey that I realise what an adverse affect carbimazole has had one me. It did lower my thyroid levels (and that seems to be all my doctor is interested in) but I feel worse for it. I also wonder whether other medication interracts with it. I also take lithium (which caused by hyperthyroidism) and although my doctor has said this wouldn't be a problem, I wonder if it is an issue. Final comment. I now have a really sore lower back. I started taking Finacea for my acne together with spironolactone, so it is difficult to tell which effects are from which medication. However, I do not think that the Finacea has improved my skin significantly. This medication is fairly expensive. With good insurance it is $50/tube, but without insurance I believe it costs over $200/tube. I will likely discontinue my Finacea use soon.

This medication cured me and gave me back myself confidence ( it might sound weird, but it is important for me, and for people like me suffering from congenital heart defects). I really like it, and I would recommend it to anybody. No noticeable side effects.
