I'm completely beside myself. I finally find the wonder of Herplex only to discover as I finish off my first bottle that there is not more. I called herplex, they said they were completely out!!!!!! How can this happen??? I would much rather buy that than abreva!

I have been on prevpac for four days for h.pylori. since taking it every day i feel worse i have metacllic taste in my mouth, headache, my neck, chest, stomach and back hurt and having trouble sleeping

The constipation and change of appetite was un tolerable. I was taking pain killers for another problem and had to then sit really in pain due to extreme constipation, belly, abdomen, anus pain. I have had a rough year, worsened by this. With this side effect, your digestive system is changed drastically and I can no longer eat what I want when I want as it can be too rich and cause dia or constipation, whereas before I had never had any problems. :( I now have a fat belly that I have never... Even though my blood work comes back normal, I am still cold most of the time when others around me are not. I am told being cold is a side effect of hypothyroidism. So I don't know if that was supposed to improve while taking Levothyroxine or not.

I have been on 150mg's for around 8weeks.My sleep did improve greatly,so I felt much better due to this. My depression did improve alot,and I felt able to cope.The side effects that were trouble -some were severe constipation,and very dry,sore throat & mouth mostly during the night/day. I have come off them now because my sleep /depression are starting to get sadly worse.
