I took a max one a day multivitamin and the results seem to be working. My blood pressure seemed o have been lowered.my last bp reading was 130/73 and i was feeling a bit off.i am now feeling real good but i need to ensure that the bp s not too low.will check on that soon.

I like the Anabol 10mg. Only tried it once, but will not hesitate to use again. My exsperience was nothing like what I have read. No water retention. Hard, solid gains that haven't went away yet after 3wks of discontinue. No use of PCT or Nolvedex type drug. For the money it cant be beat. This leads me to believe that everyone is unique and will not nessesarily have the same results as reported by the norm or even manufacturer. Ventolin is very good as it is always helps improve my breathing. It helps me when I am sick as well as during allergy season. Additionally, it is quite effective to use preemptively before athletic activities. Once you are experiencing shortness of breath, it can take awhile to help you and is therefore better to use before. On the down side, it makes your heart beat fast and makes you hyper active or anxious.
