I have been taking one Advil PM about an hour before bedtime for about 6 months since I have a lot of insomnia. It is just as effective now as it has ever been. I am just not sure about longterm use. I do not take other meds.

I never get headaches but when I take Centrum for Men I get a headache and tightness in my chest, Headache and Chest pain stop as soon as I stop taking it. I stopped for 3 weeks - No issue so I thought I would try 1 pill today (taken on empty stomach except for Coffee) 4 hours later I notice I have a headache and chest tightness. I am losing faith in this and I take 300mg wellbutrin with it and do not feel enough relief-also-I was put on this generic for almost 3 weeks until I realized why I felt no improvement-called and got started on the brand, along with 300mg wellbutrin-I had just gone-or was trying to recover from a sudden withdrawal from Cymbalta-I was told I could drop the cymbalta and get on something else,Paxil, which I never started because of severe problems,physical and emotional from this happening under... this is the worst drug I have taken and fought with Dr regarding it he does not belive on all the side effects listed with it or how it has effected. They say to report them right away and severe apperntly he does not know the drug.....
