This was first prescribed by a neurosurgeon to replace MS-Contin he said due to the insurance coverage not paying for the MS-Contin. But since changing specialists, I find it difficult to get any other physician willing to write a prescription. They say that the DEA is cracking down hard on pain mgmt. doctors and primary care doctors who write out requests for this medication. overall i am satisfied with suboxone. the only problem i have is it seems to mess with your heart. I have been having dizzy spells as well as an irregular heartbeat since i started taking suboxone. i never had these problems before.
