Sandostatin-Lar was very good at controlling my diarrea at first, but as the months wnet on I started to be very sick and had most of the serious side effects. Tums

Tums helps alleviate minor stomach problems. However it does not help for anything which causes a lot of pain. It helps with minor annoyances. Yes it does help some pain go away, but it isnt pain that is unbearable, it is just as easy to wait out the pain.

I read multiple reviews on multiple websites about this pill when I was two weeks into my first pack. This pill was in fact the worst one I have tried as far as making you get sick. I had to take a prescription medication just to get rid of the nausea for about three days...BUT I stuck it out, and I am happy to say that after the first pack, it gets much much easier to digest. I seemed to be shaky after taking it but if I get busy (do housework, go for a walk etc.) it gets better. If I lay around I become annoyed and tired and need a nap. Its almost like if I work with the medicine I can do my regular routine but if I dont and give into the pain while Im waiting for it to kick in then it doesnt help.

I only used it once and I had a terrible experience with it, even though for all intent and purposes it did work. The night I took it, I woke up in sweats and I starting vomiting pretty badly. I was also dizzy and I could barely stand. I was up all night, but the next day I was fine.

This drug is POISON. Do not take it. Do not let any doctor make you take it. Let me tell you my story. I was a reasonably happy person before cymbalta.
