I had many of the side effects listed for Advair. They started slowly until the 26 day I developed a painful red swollen tonsil...I couldn't swallow without pain. My voice was hoarse, I had feverish chills, parts of my body became numb and I was tired all the time. Considering its function, I think creatine is great. I do, however, feel that the lack of supporting research concerning its long term effects may pose an issue. I'd strongly suggest consulting a physician prior to intense use.

It's great i use it for multiple purposes. I have a headache i use it, i get the cold or flu and i use it. I'm currently using it right now for the flu and it's worked great. Gave me energy a min after taking it.
