My doctor recommended Lantus. It is more expensive and less effective than the NPH I was taking. I was on 2 injections per day before Lanus. Now I have to take short acting insulin before each mean and Lantus before bed. I feel like a pin cushion and my blood sugars are no better. Taking the extra insulin has caused weight gain. Since using Agomelatine, I have experienced extreme nausea, headaches, stomach aches, hair loss and loose bowels, I am not sure whether to continue with this medication, I was told that there would hardly any if no side effects, but I have found this not to be true in my case.

Within about w two hours, I had all the diigestion-related symptoms of the flu (even though I do not and did not have the flu).
